Why do the Aiel Wise Ones seem to hold Berelain in such high regard? I found this quite curious myself and in retrospect I've often wondered if it had something to do with what happened between Berelain and Rhuarc in the Stone of Tear just prior to her and Faile's little run in.

So what do you think or feel could be the reason why the Wise One's hold her in such regard?

Mat is the one character that tries his hardest to get out of what it is that he has to do and yet falls right into it quicker than .... and he is most definitely comedy central to the plot.

Mat especially got caught on my early radar and felt that he was given the memories of others to fill in his memory lapse.

After carefully reading and listening, it seems that Mat's thoughts and memories are actually those of his own. He was speaking the old tongue long before he realized it. ...
